We had another succesfull private Turkish Vegetarian Cookery Course on 19th of March 2016 with Mary and Vivienne. This two very enthusiactic vegetarian ladies from Manchester joined our Turkish and Aegean cokery course and learned how to cook,
- Cannellini beans cooked with carrot and peppers in rich tomato and pepper paste.
- Turkish rice cooked with vermicelli,
- Spinach Tarrator,
- Almond and rice pudding with rassberries and pistachios.
