This is very classic Mediterranean Recipe and very easy to prepare.
Have a one kilo cleaned sardines and lay them in round 30 cm pan and add on top of them slices of tomato and onions, season with salt and pepper and add 2 table spoon olive oil and cook medium gas fire for 15 to 20 minutes. Following picture shows how to do it. Bon Apetite
