Ingredients:

500 gr root celeriac

500 gr chicken tighs cut in cubic pieces

3 carrots

1 Bell pepper

3 garlic cloves

1 medium onion chopped

Bunch of parsley

1 lemon

1 egg ( yolk separated )

1 tea spoon red and black pepper

pinch of cumin

1/2 glass of olive oil ( 100 miligram )
