End of October I found my tomatoes will never get ripe and red in green house so decided to pick them up and make some winter pickles. To make pickled green tomatoes, All you need is :
- 2 liter sterilised jar,
- 3 table spoon rock salt,
- half a water glass red wine vinegar,
- juice of half a lemon’
- 10 cloves garlic,
- handfull chickpeas,
- 10 gr fresh dill,
- 3 carrots chopped,
- 50 gr fresh french beans,
- 1,5 liter boiled water ( for the brine),
- 1 tea spoon sugar.
