At the end Summer arrived in England and we did our first Barbecue.
I marinated Lamb pieces with oregano and sunflower oil. Chicken thighs with ginger, garlic, lemon juice, sunflower oil, cumin, black pepper, soy sauce and kept in fridge 24 hours in advance to get the best result.
Then simply grilled on lump wood charcoal fired barbecue and served with summer salad.
