My mum is natural cook. She never use measurement she just uses her instinct when she cooks. Must be many years practice. Cheese and spinach pastry is a classic one. You can change ingredients as you wish, like leek, potato, lentil, minced meat etc. These pastry will be cooked in oven 175 C and 35 minutes until pastry cooked on top and bottom. The pictures simply shows the order of the cooking, if you need any help just send me a message. You need filo pastry, 1 cup half and half milk and olive oil mixture, 1/2 kg spinach, red pepper, black pepper, 200 gr feta cheese, dill. Afiyet olsun
